In a departure from our usual programme, Diversity Choir will be presenting Sex, Love & Barcarolles on Saturday 5 April 2025 at the Wheatsheaf Hall in Vauxhall. With an emphasis on love and romance, the 50-strong LGBT+ chamber choir has devised an intimate cabaret-style concert, which will include works of amour by Britten, Elgar, Clara Schumann, and Rameau, as well as love stories from Orpheus and Chicago. This concert will be a more intimate affair than usual, said Diversitys chair Corinne Iten. We are really enjoying rehearsing these passionate choral works, and look forward to welcoming you to an evening of intrigue and enchantment. Be a part of our fairy tale evening at 7:30 pm on Saturday 5 April 2025 at South Londons premier live music and event destination, Wheatsheaf Hall, off Wheatsheaf Lane, South Lambeth Road.
