We are thrilled to be hosting a fully funded Future Leaders Programme for LGBTQ+ people aged 22-30 in Scotland. Our Future Leaders Programme is designed to support LGBTQ+ people to develop their understanding of how identity shapes experiences at work and in the community; strengthen their connection to other likeminded Future LGBTQ+ Leaders; and develop their leadership style. The programme offers you the chance to: Develop an understanding of how your identity shapes experiences in your workplace and community... Understand the role leaders play in creating inclusive environments... Explore self-care when talking about your identity and experiences as an aspiring leader... Build your professional network by meeting fellow aspiring LGBTQ+ leaders in Scotland.
