Furness Pride 2025

Furness Pride takes place on Saturday the 24th May 2025. In 2019, young people from our LGBTQ+ youth group visited Liverpool Pride and had a great time watching the parade and acts, all in the name of inclusion. When they returned, they asked why Furness didn't have a similar event, so Furness Pride was developed. Our 6th Pride event is in May. Next year's will be bigger, with lots more happening in and around Barrow-in-Furness. Parade, performances, street acts, stalls, and competitions. Theme to follow. **Parade** Starts at 12:00 from the front of Furness Town Hall. **Festival** We'll have a day of performances, stalls, workshops, and more. The event is free and totally not-for-profit. **After Party** The Meeting Place and a surprise for the Sunday.
