Known as the acerbic Daily Mail political columnist and broadcaster Andrew comes to the Festival with a very moving personal story. At the age of 48 he decided it was time to track down his birth mother. Finding Margaret chronicles this tortuous and heart- warming journey from a Catholic orphanage in Cheltenham to find a woman who had done her best to make sure he would never find her. He did. And that discovery only spurred him further, to Ireland in search of a man who may or not have been his father. In conversation with Beverley Turner.
