Torbay Prides takes place on Saturday the 7th September 2024. The new committee promises to bring a fantastic day of diverse entertainment, nothing like seen at any other Pride in the UK to date. The parade will gather from 11 am at Princess Gardens, Torquay and travel the 20 mins flat walk to Torre Abbey Meadows. Torbay Pride is back, a grand parade starting at the Pavilion on Torbay Road, and proceeding to Tore Abbey Meadows, a fun day of stalls, and entertainment going on till 10pm in the evening, check the website for a full list of entertainment and music on the big stage, all free for the whole family. Parade Gathering from 11 a.m. and departing at 12 Noon from the Princess Gardens. Torbay Road, Torquay. Walking down Torbay Road towards Torre Abbey Meadows, please feel free to become involved in helping carry our two huge flags, Crooked Tempo samba band will lead the parade along with Devon and Cornwall fire brigade anyone with disability issues will go next, so they can set the speed and no one is left behind, If you are unable to walk the distance please see a volunteer who will where possible arrange a space for you on the lower deck of the Stagecoach Double decker at the back of the parade. Festival Main event and stage will come alive, the event will feature local catering, bars, stallholders, entertainment, and acts with something for everyone!
