Cornwall Pride takes place on Saturday the 24th August 2024. Our one-day pride events across Cornwall celebrates equality and diversity across our entire LGBTQ+ and all marginalised communities, shining a beacon in Cornwall and the South West and shouting out; You have the right to Love who You want to Love and Be who You want to be without hate or any discrimination. With a lot more excitement for everyone! The biggest Pride March in the South West, More of your Favourite Artists & Organisations. Parade Starts at noon and begins at the Hendra Park. Cornwall Pride parade formally opens the Cornwall Pride event and is colourful, inclusive and above all, fun! Our parade is a colourful and vibrant event, planned to flow through the streets of Truro, with the worlds largest Pride flag., standing tall and standing proud. We will be welcoming; walkers, walking bands, dance groups, organisations and charities. The march can get very crowded and lively, but it is good fun. There will be music and celebration as we march to show support for LGBTQ+ people in Cornwall (Truro). Festival 12.30pm to 8pm FREE @ Lemon Quay, Truro, TR1 2LW any time from 12:30 as the Pride march finishes and the Pride celebration begins. Our Community Pride is our live music / conversation event, a safe family friendly event with lots to see and do. There are stalls from organisations and groups within Cornwall and the UK offering advice and support. There is a range of hot, cold food available and even a licensed bar area too! You are welcome to bring your own food and soft drinks into the celebration but supporting our bar and vendors supports the event and helps keep it free.
