An unforgettable, uplifting true story Welcome to the Rock! Discover a remarkable true story about kindness in a world turned upside down, in hit musical Come From Away at the Phoenix Theatre. Inspired by real events, Come From Away drops audiences off in Gander, a tiny Newfoundland town that found itself in the spotlight after 9/11. When 7,000 stranded airline passengers were diverted to the edge of Newfoundland - many scared and panicking - the Islanders welcomed them with open arms.
