Diversity Choir’s Winter Concert 2021 - Back Together Again - London

Diversity Choirs first concert appearance for two years will be at the beautiful St Pauls Church in Knightsbridge, close to either Knightsbridge or Hyde Park Corner tube stations, at 7:30pm on Saturday 4 December 2021. It seemed appropriate to entitle this Back Together Again, and we will be singing some old and new favourite pieces, classical and popular, from Monteverdi and Brahms to Queen! Ticket prices are 15 (10 concessions) on the door, or 12 (8 concessions) in advance. To ensure everyone feels safe this will be a shorter concert without an interval, we will be offering socially distanced seating, and encouraging audience members to wear masks if possible during the performance. Contactless payments will be accepted for tickets on the door. Emerging from the zoom Diversity Choir has been meeting on Zoom for the past year, but we are now carefully planning to rehearse in-person again, and to perform safely with a wonderful Christmas concert. We have been encouraging current, former, and new members to meet us firstly on Zoom to get a feel of the repertoire we are planning and then when we all felt comfortable to join us in the same room so that we can really enjoy the sound of singing together once more.
