This meeting will focus on two things: - a review of 2019; what went well, what we want to improve and our goals for 2020 - a discussion about the Pride in London parade; in particular how we ensure that the applications process is fair, balanced and inclusive. This is part of a wider consultation exercise we are undertaking. Please note: Places are strictly limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Once we are full we will operate a waiting list. Entry into the venue is in accordance with their terms and conditions. Discussion will be facilitated by members of the Pride in London Board - please come with your thoughts about how we make the parade the best it can be! Entry requirements. Each person attending must individually register in order to attend - you cannot register for someone else. Valid identification (such as a drivers licence, passport, bank card) must be presented to the Pride volunteers on entry. The identification must match the name on the eventbrite ticket. Entry will be refused to those not presenting valid identification. Each attendee must register using a unique email address. Any duplicate registrations will automatically have excess tickets cancelled. Reserved seating There will be reserved seating for attendees who need close proximity to BSL interpreters.
