London audiences have a rare chance to see the internationally renowned stage and screen director Sean Mathias revive his award-winning A Prayer For Wings, following its run in Swansea this summer. She yearns for the love of a man, fantasises of escaping on a cruise ship to America and aches to fly away to a life of beauty and love. With an all-Welsh cast featuring Llinos Daniel, Alis Wyn Davies and Luke Rhodri, this mesmerising and darkly entertaining production tells a tale of bravery with startling humour and endless passion, and explores the intense conflict of care, family and interdependence, set against a womans hopes and dreams.
