EXCLUSIVE READING OF A NEW "BLACK COMEDY" with Mark Rylance, Stephen Fry, Dominic West & Friends Su

An intimate and exclusive reading of this new black comedy followed by a champagne supper with: Mark Rylance, Stephen Fry, Ben Miller, John Sessions, Dominic West & Friends at the Middle Temple Hall, London, EC4. 8th January 2015 6.30 pm A very special evening in aid of the charity Survival International and the Middle Temple Library Rare Book Sponsorship Programme. A champagne
 reception hosted by Laurent Perrier to welcome you,
 followed by
 a one-hour play reading by the cast, in the glorious and historic surroundings of Londons Middle Temple Hall. Then its a buffet dinner and a chance to chat with some of the cast and our celebrity supporters. This NEW play by Bruce McKay covers the life of Bartolom de las Casas the 16th century Spanish Bishop & Protector of the Indies. Now revered globally, he was the first indigenous human rights protestor, who fought both church and state to stop atrocities in the New World. Our cast is led by Mark Rylance, (three -times Tony winner, star of Jerusalem & the new face of BBCs Wolf Hall), to be joined by Stephen Fry, John Sessions (The Iron Lady, The Good Shepherd, Gangs of New York), Ben Miller (Death in Paradise, Johnny English, Doctor Who), Mark Strong (Our Friends in the North, The Guard, The Imitation Game, View From the Bridge, nominated for Evening Standard Best Actor 2014) and Dominic West (BAFTA Best Actor winner, star of "The Wire, Appropriate Adult, Burton & Taylor).
