The Quest Mastery Weekend Exploration Workshop for Gay Men

So, how has life been since you completed The Quest Weekend Exploration Workshop? What unsatisfactory and unfulfilling patterns of behaviour still keep coming up for you? How are you handling issues on intimacy? How does the self-saboteur show up in your Life? How are you doing when it comes to cultivating authenticity in your life? Have you foreclosed on cultivating authenticity? These are some of the questions that those who completed the Weekend Exploration workshop have told us they often ask themselves. Others have asked whether they could come on the workshop again, in order to recapture some of the insights they gained that first time. This is where The Quest Mastery Weekend Exploration Workshop comes in. This follow-up to the Weekend Exploration is intended to build upon the insights and self-awareness cultivated during, and since attending that initial Workshop. Whilst the essence of the first Workshop focused on understanding and healing your past wounds in order to cultivate your most authentic life in the present. This workshop focuses on how you show up in your life now and helps you build a toolkit to help you authentically navigate where you go from here. The themes explored during this Workshop will include: Understanding how you show up in intimate relationships Breaking free from patterns of behavior that no longer serve you How to authentically walk your talk Creating your personal map to living a life of vitality and passion During the Workshop, we will explore the various archetypes that show up in our lives The Saboteur, The Lover, The Trickster, The Child and many more - and get to learn where they support or get in the way of our life journey. The format of the weekend is also spacious enough for us to explore deeply those areas where you are still challenged in your day-to-day life. There is so much power when gay men come together to do this work collectively, so we hope that you will join us for the journey. Like the first workshop, this Exploration is held over 2.5 days Friday evening (7pm - 6pm), Saturday (10am - 6.00pm) and Sunday (10am - 5.30pm). The workshop processes will include discussions in small and large groups, storytelling, psychological exploration, book-work, journaling, coaching and self-reflection. Included in the workshop fee is: Daily pre-workshop reflective emails from The Quest Journal for capturing insights during the workshop light refreshments during the weekend Copy of 'Love Me As I Am: gay men reflect on their lives' Post workshop group process and support PS - Participants must have completed the initial Weekend Exploration before coming on this Workshop
